Invoice intake by Claude Dispatch

The first job I handed to Claude Dispatch: it lifts invoices out of a local folder, files them into the books, then sorts the originals into a tidy local archive — so the intake tray empties itself.

Claude Dispatch

The first thing I pointed Claude Dispatch at, and a deliberately small one. Filing invoices used to be a manual ritual — drag each into the web-app, then decide where the file should live afterwards. Now Dispatch reads the local intake folder, books everything, and moves the originals into a tidy archive folder so nothing piles up. Minor on its own, but it's the run that proved the pattern: a watched folder and an agent are enough — no integration, no new API, just the job done.
